Simply the Best--Day 21

Over a year ago, Elizabeth came up with the BEST idea--Monday Night Supper Club. Last week, we had a MNSC send-off for our founder who has now moved to Peru. We'll try to continue the tradition, but it just won't be the same for a while. *sigh*
