Today I am thankful for my church. It is flawed, imperfect and full of sinners. I fit right in. For this and so much more, I am very thankful.

Hi Denyse! Thanks for stopping by my blog. Your comments about your church remind me of one of my favorite books - The Ragamuffin Gospel. His love is Amazing!!
So true...and what a GREAT perspective to have of the church... I don't say that in a cheeky way...I totally believe that if more people took that perspective we would see a revival of grace and a discarding of pretentiousness. We go to church for healing and fellowship and for filling...and to need those things we NEED to admit our illness, need each other and be a vessel ready to be filled. Thank you.
